How to manually submit online payment

If you had any trouble paying by credit card through the emailed payment link you can either go back to your email and instead of "Credit Card Checkout" click "PayPal Checkout". You can still use a credit card through PayPal.

Alternatively, you can pay credit card by following the instructions below:

1. Go to the following url: https://www.vistek.ca/cart/newpayments/

2. Enter the order number from the email you received in the "Quote or order number" text box and click continue:

3. After clicking continue, the payment page will load and you can enter your credit card information to complete the purchase. Note that while this page looks essentially the same as the one you originally navigated to from your email, it uses a different payment processor, and assuming everything else is ok with your card, you should be able to pay for your order through it (we have a temporary issue with our main page that only affects a small % of card types")

Once you've hit "Complete Purchase" your payment will be taken and you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
